Deu holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Health (MPH), and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), reflecting her deep commitment to advancing health equity, systems-level thinking, and sustainable organizational growth. Her research and professional interests focus on family wellbeing, integrated health models, maternal and child health, and the intersection of creativity, wellness, and community support.
As a serial entrepreneur, Deu has launched and scaled multiple businesses across the wellness, entertainment, and education sectors, collectively generating over $1 million in revenue. Her leadership is characterized by strategic vision, operational excellence, and an ability to design programs that respond to real community needs with measurable impact.
In addition to her business accomplishments, Deu is a trained doula, yogi, music therapist, and somatic healing practitioner, integrating evidence-based mind-body practices into her work with individuals and families. Through these modalities, she supports emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, embodied learning, and holistic wellbeing.
Deu also brings lived professional experience from the creative arts as a musician, actress, and entertainment industry expert. Her interdisciplinary perspective allows her to advise families navigating the entertainment world, develop arts-based programming for youth, and advocate for healthier creative environments.
As the founder of Dayspace, Boston’s first co-working playspace, Deu continues her mission to reimagine how parents learn, work, and access support. Etta Etta-Tawo, PMP

Etta Tawo is an accomplished scholar-practitioner, former Division I athlete, collegiate football coach, engineer, and certified project management professional whose career reflects a rare integration of athletic excellence, technical expertise, and organizational leadership. His work is grounded in evidence-based practices, strategic planning, and a commitment to fostering individual and community development.
Tawo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business, providing him with a strong foundation in organizational behavior, operations, and strategic management. He later expanded his professional qualifications with a Project Management Certificate as preface to the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, demonstrating advanced expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
A standout defensive lineman at Clemson University, Tawo’s early career was shaped by the demands and rigor of high-level college athletics. His experience competing in the ACC instilled in him a deep understanding of discipline, performance psychology, and team cohesion. These skills transferred seamlessly into his subsequent role as an eight-year collegiate football coach, where he specialized in athlete development, recruitment strategy, leadership cultivation, and academic support for student-athletes. His coaching tenure contributed to the growth and success of hundreds of young men navigating both athletic and personal development.
Parallel to his contributions in athletics, Tawo cultivated a strong technical career as a Radiofrequency (RF) Engineer for Samsung, supporting the design, optimization, and testing of advanced wireless communication technologies. His engineering background reflects a high level of analytical problem-solving, data interpretation, and systems thinking—competencies that complement his leadership work and inform his structured, evidence-based approach to mentorship.
Throughout his career, Tawo has demonstrated a consistent dedication to helping others build clarity, confidence, and sustainable success. His interdisciplinary expertise—spanning sports performance, engineering, business strategy, and project management—allows him to design programs and guidance frameworks that are both deeply practical and intellectually grounded.
